Rumor has it that this will be the release card promo:

Vexing Shusher - {G/R} {G/R}
Creature - Goblin Shaman (R)
Vexing Shusher can't be countered by spells or abilities.
{G/R}: Target spell can't be countered by spells or abilities.

Personally I like the new manamats as they have a life counter up the side, and they use the art from the new basic lands.

So far the only place I have seen them on the web is at Magic Arsenal, but I assume SCG will eventually have them.

EDIT: actually it looks like it may be an exclusive.  The dumb thing is that the swamp and island ones are $2 more for no good reason other than those are popular colors.
