Null Rod and Arcbound Ravager

I was wondering if Null Rod stops Arcbound Ravagers ability to sacrifice artifacts. Is that an activated ability? If so, does that mean Triskelion would also be affected?

If there is a colon, it is an activated ability.  Both Ravager's ability to sack artifacts and Trike are affected by Rod.
