For me, there has always been brainfreeze as one of the winconditions for gush i have liked most.
But you might argue that it requires more storm than, say, all of the other winconditions to win directly.
tendrils- 8-9
empty- 5-10
dryad about 10 ish over the game
brain freeze- about 15 (To rip all of the library)

so in theory, this would be the hardest way to go off, and on top of that, it's vulnerable to blessing. Oath aready uses it, as with infinite storm, it's clearly superior. I doubt though, that it's the only deck that can use it.

BUT:
brain freeze also has some pros over the other wioncondition, for example:
it's blue.
it only costs 2 mana (like dryad)
it serves as disruption against many decks:
when combo goes off without duress, you can ocassionally disrupt them after a will or mill them entirely (but unlikely)
Flash is a bit easier to disrupt, at times you can mill them away creatures so their hulk trigger fizzles.
ICHORID is easily destroyed with some small storm count already.
but my idea would be to combine it with extirpate or crypt. IF you combine those two, you often just destroy every deck with few winconditions, storm a little, freeze, crypt.

What do you think about it?

For me, there's the idea to combine it with tog, so you can mill yourself to attack for lethal or to set up an insane will, then play it again for few mana, or to play it in a gushcontrol- angel deck to mill away their bounce and then rfg it, so it's easily game over with only a few mana and storm.
But I'm aware that there can always be luck or probability involved as it's not always a secure and immediate kill.
Do you think it's strictly worse than the other storm- wincondition, or could it be used as a cheap way to disrupt and kill for less mana? (If you go off big, it wins as well, save blessing perhaps)

What do you think of it being used in a more controllish shell, maybe with a tog and angel and some extirpate and/or crypt? Remember, with angel, all you have to do is basically get rid of their bounce.

For example a tinker base of
1tinker
2crypt
1angel
1jester's cap?
1explosives

On top of that, crypt as it stands is good against a lot of the meta at the moment.

I Hope there's some discussion and brainstorming about the idea.
Thanks, jonas

I will be playing four of these.  I'll worry about the deck later.
