Hello, I have a couple of questions about cards.
The first is Swans of Bryn Argoll, now I know that if you target it with Chains of Plasma, damage is prevented and Chains controller draws three cards. The question is, when do you make the copy of Chains, before draw or after?
After. Drawing cards from Swans is a replacement effect. You resolve Chains of Plasma, which says to deal the damage and then choose whether or not to make a copy. You do it in that order, but apply the replacement effect of Swans to the dealing damage part, so you draw the cards and then choose whether or not to make a copy.
The next two deal with Trinisphere.
The first question is Trinisphere and Aluren, since Aluren allows you to play creatures with the CC of 3 or less without paying their mana cost, do they have to still pay 3 colorless or nothing at all?
The second question Trinisphere and Mind's Desire, does one have to pay 3 colorless to play the spell off Desire?
For creatures played with Aluren in play and spells played after being revealed and RFG by Mind's Desire, the player still has to pay the 3 colourless.
