Last week (or so) Eudemonia had back to back tournies for a Library at Alexandria and the next day Ancestral Recall.
I wasn't able to attend either as I am dealing with car troubles, but Austin said that he made top 4, having a ridiculous non-game vs apparently now teammate Cory Redmond, Junior made top 8 and Cory split with Dave Peterson.
Anyways, some lists are up from those two events and I thought I would post them here. Anyone who knows more about said events can post more!

I wasn't there for Saturday, but the whole top 8 from Sunday, as I recall, was Brent Peterson (Drain Tendrils) v Austin Martinez (Mono-Red) Jeff Huang (Ichorid) v Morgan Brewer (Long) Dave Petterson (me) (Pitch Long) v Junior Cervantes (Grim Long) Cory Redmond (Landstill) v A fellow who's name I don't know (Fish, I think)
My match with Junior was pretty straight-forward. I got a Bargain in game 1, then I killed him the turn after his Bargain hit in game 2. He had beaten me 2-0 in the Swiss, and I am notoriously bad at Bargaining versus Team Vacaville, but I got there when it counted.
I played Jeff in the semi's and won games 2 and 3 off absolutely savage luck-sackery. I was never in a position to combo off at all, but I managed to deck him on the turn before I was to have died with Memory Jar plus either Recall or Windfall.
Cory earned the concession from Austin since they thought Cory's match-up was more favorable than Austin's against me, and that was fine since I just wanted to split anyway.

.. seems like Cory is really getting the hang of Landstill. I've seen him Top 8 on several occasions with it now. That's a very diverse T8!

Here is the list I used. This was the same one I used in the Sacramento tourney.
Cory Redmond – UR Landstill 3 Faire Conclave 2 Island 1 Library at Alexandria 4 Mishra’s Factory 3 Flooded Strand 2 Polluted Delta 1 Strip Mine 4 Volcanic Island 4 Wasteland 4 Standstill 4 Force of Will 4 Mana Drain 1 Ancestral Recall 3 Null Rod 1 pyroblast 1 crucible of worlds 2 chalice of the void 1 Black Lotus 1 Chain of Vapor 4 Fire/Ice 1 Misdirection 1 Mox Sapphire 1 MOx Ruby 4 Stifle 2 Echoing Truth 1 Time Walk
SB 1 Crucible of Worlds 2 Chalice of the Void 1 PyroBlast 1 Rack and Ruin 2 Red Elemental Blast 3 Threads of Disloyalty 2 Ingot Chewer 3 Pyroclasm
This list is a good one to use if your meta is infested with combo and fish/bomberman like the Eudemonia meta. It departs from the iconic UR Landstill that Shockwave uses (-2 misdirection, -1 null rod, -2 chain of vapor, + 2 echoing truth, + 2 chalice, + 1 pyroblast) in order to try to make chalice at one a stronger and more one-sided play. The iconic landstill list is a good one to use in a more generalized meta. I tested and tested my modifications until it flowed as nicely as the iconic landstill list and I think its a great choice if your meta is like mine. Pyroclasms are silly strong versus fish (and goblins) and they also were surpisingly effective against Red Workshop aggro since my null rod was able to shut off Sword of Fire and Ice which would otherwise be a problem for pyroclasm and all my other removal in that match-up.
My toughest matchup during the day was against my first opponent in the top 8. I think his name was Josh and he was playing a counterbalance list with bobs and platinum angel. Game one I beat him soundly when he mulled to 5 and my hand had a lot of mana denial (stifle, waste, crucible). Game 2 was longer where he got a bob in play. I put a standstill down on top of his bob and also a library of alexandria to match his card drawing ability. After a counter war where bob died but counterbalance came into play, the game came down to a single turn where he had 3 life, counterbalance in play but no top and he tinkered. I forced the tinker but he responded with a vampiric to put his own force on top of his library to reveal his own force to counterbalance. Platinum then comes into play with him at one life and he pulls that victory out of nowhere. Nicely done. So on to game three where null rod was the most valuable player. He got 2 dark confidants but I had null rod in play and much to my delight the bob flips were almost all cards that were hosed by null rod. Even so he would probably have won had he not drawn his platinum angel (one of his bob flips was tinker). I win by factory and conclave beats and crazy good fortune.
My top 4 match versus Austin was also a good match. Each of us played to win but I was going to concede to Austin if Jeff (ichorid) wound up beating Dave (Pitch Long). My deck has a real bad matchup versus ichorid and I would rather advance a teammate who has a solid ichorid matchup (which Red workshop aggro does). I consulted with Ryan the head judge and this kind of team cooperation is allowable in tournaments as long as teammates don't stall their game play and don't make any deals (since strictly speaking a judge can't keep someone from conceding at any point in a game).
I won the die roll and get just about as broken a hand as you can get with Landstill (Lotus, mox sapphire, chalice at zero, and standstill). That opening hand generated enough tempo for me to stay a few cards ahead all the way through that match. So on to game 2 where Austin resolves a turn 1 trinisphere and a turn 1 orb of dreams. Luckily I dont have any fetch in my hands and I am able to build up my mana so I can actually play spells. Austin gets a juggs in play before I have 3 mana. I take a turn of jugg beats to be able to mana drain a magus of the moon which gets answered by Austin's pyroblast! On my turn I play null rod to keep Sword of Fire and Ice out of the equation and hope he over extends a bit to get hit by the pyroclasm and ignot chewer in my hand. I take another round of jugg beats and he plays another magus of the moon. On my turn I hardcast ignot hitting juggs and its nice that he's a 3/3 to the magus 2/2. On his turn I think he plays a welder and that pyroclasm in my hand is looking particularly viscious. When pyroclasm hits his three guys I am able to keep total control of the match from that point onward.
So I go on to the finals. Dave is more interested in splitting than in playing and I am happy to oblige as long as I go home with the (played) ancestral. I already own just about all vintage cards but the ancestral makes a fabulous joint birthday gift for my brother and my nephew.

It was a fun tourney. I beat Web 2-0 in the first round. I IDed with Tyler in round 2. Then I proceeded to scrub out the rest of the way. Tyler started 2-0-1 and scrubbed out the last two rounds (including two turn 1 3Spheres against Team Vacaville). Apparently long doesn't like first turn Trini...
