Hey, I came up with this deck while working on a casual vintage deck called "The Toybox" that I still haven't finished yet. I started seeing ALOT of broken
seemingly playable combos with Mishra and other artifacts. So if anyone's forgotten, here is Mishra. Also I'm looking to have this deck fairly budget and I don't want it to be another Workshop deck. I'm not sure that it's viable and I really need help cutting cards, but so far it's been a fun build and ports to Legacy fairly easily. The sideboard needs help too.
Mishra, Artificer Prodigy

Whenever you play an artifact spell, you may search your graveyard, hand, and/or library for a card with the same name as that spell and put it into play. If you search your library this way, shuffle it.
4/4
So here's the list:
Creatures: 10
4 Mishra
2 Mycosynth Golems
2 Painter's Servant
2 DSC
Non-artifact cards: 19
4 FoW
1 Tinker
1 Demonic Tutor
1 Regrowth
1 Fastbond
4 Reanimate
4 Buried Alive
2 Rhystic Study
1 Crop Rotation
Artifact disruption: 15
4 Sphere of Resistance
4 Thorn of Amethyst
1 Trinisphere
4 Aether Spellbomb
2 Pithing Needle
Other Artifacts: 10
4 Jet Medallion
4 Sapphire Medallion
2 Crucible of Worlds
Artifact Mana: 11
4 Lotus Bloom
4 Gilded Lotus
4 Terrarion 1 Lotus Petal
1 Sol Ring
1 LED
Lands: 9
4 Cloudpost
4 Gemstone Mine
1 Tolarian Academy
4 Wasteland
Sideboard: 15

Deck total is 75 cards. I need to cut 15, if anyone has any idea of what to cut that would be great.
Now for some explanations: Ideally you want to get
Mishra out on the first or second turn. Right now I'm using a reanimation strategy with
Buried Alive and Reanimate. The other non-artifact cards should be obvious. Once Mishra's out you can start dropping bombs. First you should drop your Medallions, both medallions combined cost 4 mana and you have an 8 mana spell discount. Drop a Painter's Servant to change your deck into a black or blue deck and you are pretty much unaffected by the 9spheres. Use aether spellbomb to take out opposing threats (like Goyf or DSC). The two pithing needles should come in handy, especially in a Bazaar or Slaver heavy meta but you'll always find something to use them on.
Crucible of Worlds helps set up a wasteland lock as well as recover important lands like Academy. The mana artifacts is where this deck can get really broken. With Mishra out you can pay nothing for the Lotus Blooms and I
think the ones that come after it come straight into play, even if they don't come straight into play they will catch up with you in 3 turns and give you 12 mana of any color. For 5 mana you can get 4 Gilded Lotuses which is probably the most powerful move the deck can make. The other mana artifacts are restricted so no copies. The lands should be self-explanatory, I also didn't want this to turn into a bad version of a Workshop deck and I wanted to keep it budget so I ran Cloudposts, Gemstone Mines, and an Academy. The sideboard is just some cards I cut off the main deck list but should still be utility enough there. Now to the biggest problem. Kill conditions are Mycosynth Golems (getting this cheap through affinity will be easy) and DSC (either tinker or affinity will get this down).
