I made this several years ago, but this forum had died out, and it never got saved.  Hoping it will this time.

Type: Legendary (or not legendary not sure yet) Artifact
Casting Cost: 4
Text: 3, TAP: Destroy target permanent, that permanent cannot be regenerated.  Use this ability only if an opponent controls more permanents than you do. Rock of Balance is indestructible.
Flavor Text: "Everything is balanced in the end, we all die."
