Some random thoughts leading to a deck:

Standstill + Dreadnaught is a deck that's had a lot of success in Legacy, and I think it might be a decent way to supplement a Fish strategy in Vintage. The list naturally starts with 4 Naught and some # of Stifles and Trickbinds, which have obvious offensive uses, as well as 4 Standstill for the draw.

4 Dreadnaught
4-6 Stifle/Trickbind
4 Standstill

add in the most basic blue stuff and Null Rod:

4 Dreadnaught

4-6 Stifle/Trickbind
4 Standstill
4 Null Rod
4 Force of Will
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Time Walk
1 Brainstorm
1 Ponder

In a Standstill-Fish deck, we'll probably want some some Misd's or Cursecatcher to help mantain control if an opponent breaks Standstill at Eot. Legacy Dreadstill usually runs CounterTop - however, Null Rod is a definite nonbo with that plan. I'm inclined to say go with 4 Cursecatcher to get some extra damage in. (not to mention that they can help keep a Tezzeret from doing too much damage)

4 Dreadnaught
4 Cursecatcher

4-6 Stifle/Trickbind
4 Standstill
4 Null Rod
4 Force of Will
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Time Walk
1 Brainstorm
1 Ponder

Assuming 24 mana sources, that leaves 10-12 slots left. What goes in there depends on what colors the deck ends up being. Here's the options I see:

Black
-Dark Confidant.
-Duress Effects.
-Dimir Cutpurse.
-Tutors.

Red
-REB's.
-Gorilla Shaman.
-Artifact destruction in the board.
-Blood Moon/its Magus.

Green
-Goyf for additional racing.
-Trygon Predator.
-Seal of Primordium/Krosan Grip.

White
-Jotun Grunt.
-Meddling Mage.
-StP.
-Kataki.
-Seal of Cleansing.

Bob and Cutpurse don't seem to offer a lot, assuming Standstill is a sufficient draw engine. I'm leaning towards Green - having both Goyf and Dreadnaught gives a decently fast clock, Trygon Predator is pretty good, and Grip/Seal is good against all the Oath running around. Going into red as a tertiary color means we can hammer Workshop decks and have REB's to bring in against Drains, but leaves large problems with combo, although Chalice of the Void could be a good solution for that. Two options for the last slots:

Ugr:
4 Dreadnaught
4 Cursecatcher
4 Tarmogoyf
2 Trygon Predator

4 Chalice of the Void
6 Stifle/Trickbind
4 Standstill
4 Null Rod
4 Force of Will
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Time Walk
1 Brainstorm
1 Ponder

24 mana

sb:
3 Red Blasts
4 Rack and Ruin/Artifact Mutation/Shattering Spree/Oxidize
4 Krosan Grip/Seal of Primordium
4 Leyline of the Void

Ugb:
4 Dreadnaught
4 Cursecatcher
4 Tarmogoyf
2 Trygon Predator

4 Duress
6 Stifle/Trickbind
4 Standstill
4 Null Rod
4 Force of Will
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Time Walk
1 Brainstorm
1 Ponder

24 mana

sb:
4 Thoughtseize
4 Oxidize/Energy Flux/Hurkyl's Recall
3 Seal of Primordium/Krosan Grip
4 Leyline of the Void

the mana:
4 Waste
1 Strip
1 Blotus
3 on-color moxen
4 Mishra's Factory
4 Strand/Delta
1 Wooded Foothills
2 Volcanic Island
2 Trop/Usea
1 Forest
1 Island

So that's my thought process for this deck. Everyone, please feel free to attack all of it; there's probably a lot of faulty assumptions and reasoning, and I'm not really familiar with the current meta.

I really like this style of Fish.  Tarmogoyf and Dreadnought what a beat.  The Bug color scheme could be the one to go with.  Something about
Duress and Force of Will with a timely clock just wins games.

Green over red in this build.  k(no)w doubt!  Anyone not playing Krosan Grip when playing green needs  serious help I'm glad to see you got yours.  I have been using one in the main to tutor up in the first game.  Good times.  Also the Trygon Predator in the main is not the route I'm going to take.  I like them in the side but the for the first game I think one of the best green creatures Eternal Witness is better.

Null rod is obviously good right now but if it becomes less affective I will be trying Trinket Mage tricks

three Stifle, two Trickbind is the lowest configuration I will use.  I want to stick the Nought.  Seeing how I plan on wining within the first few turns with DreadMan I'm going to try Daze and Demonic tutor instead of Chalice of the Void.  I'll use CotV./Trinket M. instead of Rod when the time comes.
