I'm gonna putting together some information in one form or another for the judging staff at Grand Prix: Chicago. I wanted to get some information on what calls you've seen judges get wrong or what interactions you think are especially tricky and it would be a good idea to prep the judges on.

Stuff along these lines:
Sea Drake with only one land in play doesn't require you to return anything.
Humility in general
Blood Moon versus Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
Trinisphere + Shattering Spree versus Sphere of Resistance and Shattering Spree
Standstill + Stifle/Trickbind

'Nought in general (for instance, what happens when you don't stifle him)

Do you want stuff that anyone in Ext. should already know (like paying extra for EE)?

It's stuff for judges in particular.  The judge staff is going to be excellent but many of them may not have seen some of the more obscure cards/decks and a refresher will make the day go smoothly.

Somebody tell Chapin how counterbalance works?

Engineered Explosives (Annoucing X and its interaction with sphere effects, and sunburst)

Possibly brush up on Uba + Master Transmuter or welder (a bit slow for legacy)

Counterbalance, spesifcally noting that revealing the card is the first step an entire ability (ie CB vrs Shusher).
And more spesifically, Give a Ruling, not advice when answering a question about Counterbalance.  It's really easy to get too carried away with the explination on interactions involving Counterbalance.  I had an experiance where my opponent didn't quite understand why it was too late to activate shusher, and the judge basically gave him a tutorial on when to most effectively use his shusher (including Counterbalance, Top, Shusher, Force, and REB).
