I thought of this card, because I wanted a card which does something when your opponent is taking infinite turns. The name is an anagram, if I think of a better name I will change it. Its pronounced "fezoo, skujt" btw.

My first idea was:

When Fezou ckuyt comes into play, name a card. When the named card becomes tapped, put a hate counter on this. When Fezou ckuyt has 3 hate counters on it, you win the game.

If you just want to screw over Tezzeret, aren't there more elegant ways?
