Single Target Question?

I have a question about the interaction between the cards Misdirection and Ad Nauseam.

Are you able to misdirect an opponents Ad Nauseam spell to target yourself, likewise can one be stolen from you by the use of Misdirection.

I want to know if the wording of "you" or "your" is something which is interpreted to mean a single player or target. If it does then it should clearly fall under the abilities of Misdirection to change the target of such a spell.

If the card doesn't use the word target, it is not a target and cannot be misdirected.
