Heya,

Tom Lapille wront an article on WotC's website today talking about strange decisions.  Surprisingly, the June 2008 restrictions was one of them.  What he writes betrays a certain degree of ignorance when it comes to the Vintage metagame, but it is s terrific look at the behind-the-scenes decision making that went into those restrictions.  It's waaaaaaaaaaaay better of an explanation IMHO than we have gotten before.  Here's the link:
