tournament report board

As a new user I am not allowed to post in the tournie report section.  I was wondering how I can change that as I was hoping to type up a tournie report for the Pandamonium event that was held April 4th.  Also if I cant post it there I was wondering where eles I could post it that would be appropriate..  Thanks for your help, and I hope to be posting here more.

Some sections of TMD aren't available to post in for ungrouped users. Users with a post count of 0 are ungrouped until they make a post somewhere (like this one), at which point the software makes them New Users instead of ungrouped users.

Try again now that you've made a post, but if you still can't, post it in Community instead.
