So, last year I won two fairly underpriced cards off a seller on ebay--a Strategic Planning ($15) and a Grim Tutor ($86).  I paid for them, and the seller just refunded my money instead of sending the cards.  I asked why, never got an answer, and just left negative feedback and figured there was nothing else I could do.  Imagine my surprise when I ran across the same seller with the SAME CARDS listed for sale as part of a lot today.

I think this guy lives near me. If it's the same TPS-playing (at least I think what he does qualifies as playing) James Tosetti he's from either Springfield or Taylorville Illinois. For what it's worth, I've never had any problems with him personally.
