We all have a clear understanding of Stasis. Everyone skips their untap phase and the controlling player pays

on his/her upkeep. Orb of dreams makes all permanents come into play tapped. With the newer wording on Time Vault, I can untap my time vault to skip my turn thus making the other player take another turn and tap more of his/her assests and falling more into "Stasis-lock" without tapping my own assests for the upkeep of Stasis. My question is: Am I missing something regarding the synergy of these cards?
