Format: Vintage Constructed, 10 proxies allowed, 4 Rounds of Swiss.


Entry: $10 per person

Prizes:
1st: 1x Mana Drain or $60 cash
2nd: 1 Random Revised dual land or $20 cash
Dead last place for those that have participated without dropping: 1 Random Ravnica Dual Land!!!  Who said losers never win???


Minimum number of entries required for the tournament: 10 people.


This place is directly in front of Virginia Tech on the Virginia Tech Mall Road entrance, on North Main Street. The store has a large green awning with Fun-N-Games written on it and there is a burger and pizza restaurant right next door, as well as bars plus other restaurants of all types within a couple blocks of the store, if you want to get a burger or beer to celebrate your victory!


Registration begins at 12 PM. Round 1 will begin around 1:30 PM.


A dealer will be available on-site to buy, trade, and sell Magic: The Gathering singles and collections.  We encourage trading between players, but prohibit anyone from buying or selling in the store to anybody other than an authorized dealer for the store.

Booster Drafts and Elder Dragon Highlander for trade credit prize pools will occur afterward if enough people are interested.


Please note that this is on a Saturday and will be just a few weeks before school starts back up at Virginia Tech, which will be a great chance to get to know the Blacksburg game scene if you go to Virginia Tech or live nearby!

bumping this up as it starts this saturday! --- looks like we have a number of locals already interested in participating.  the metagame is really casual and would be a likely win for any competitive players.
