Almost 99% certain I'm going to be here and it should be fun !!

Once quick question though:

Why non-power / non-bazaar ? why not non-power / non- semi power? Do you guys really think unpowered shop or a deck sporting X counter spells is fairer then any dredge deck ??

The reason for omitting Bazaar on this is that we gave this price the last few tournaments always to bazaar players and after we saw what happened in Antwerp where they also used this combination we decided to switch.
We feel that it's difficult to create a list for this to make it non-semi power because there is a lot that could be put on that and we want to keep the list as short as possible but give the players that don't have the power the feeling of having a real shot a prices.
And please let us not open the proxy discussion we tried last time and noticed that people were not happy with the proxy-environment so we went back to old-school.

@Chippo,
I don't want to get into the entire proxy debate. I just think it's not fair to "bazaar" players. It's pretty easy to determine what is and is not power / semi power.We've all agreed on power being the obv power 9 and semi power being Shops, Drains, Bazaar and some argue LoA. It's not fair to budget players to see a 13 sphere powerless shop deck take the prize either.
