So i have a fairly simple rules question here.  Under the new rules, with all of the changes to the end step, will it be possible for players to receive priority after the beginning of end step effects have resolved, or is it only possible to respond to triggers on the stack?  or is it possible to do neither?

I know no one is really a guru on the m10 rulebook, since we dont actually have it yet Smile, but if anyone has the definitive answer on when players receive priority on end step, it would be appreciated.

Most decks are better with restricted cards.
Restrict: Drain, Workshop, Bazaar, Skullclamp.
Unrestrict: LoAlexandria, Manavault, Frantic Search, Burning Wish, FoFiction,TfK, Regrowth, 3sphere, DemConsultation.
Fix: Zodiac Dragon, Transmute Artifac

Players receiving priority in the End of Turn phase will not change.

Does this mean that Memory Jar EOT tricks still work under new rules? (ie, at end of turn, crack jar, those cards stay in hand until end of NEXT turn, thus allowing me to see 8 new cards after my draw step?)

Unless I missed something, this is just a terminology change.  Rather than have:
"At end of turn" vrs.
"Until end of turn"

They changed it to:
"At the begining of the End Step" vrs.
"Until end of turn"

So everything works the same, its just like the "Play/Play" to "Cast/Battlefield" change... in that it simply makes the two concepts more identifiably different.

Based on what has been said about the rules changes, there's nothing to suggest that anything about how priority or triggers during the end step work is changing.

Beyond that, it's hard to say anything definitive.  All we have is an article describing the rules changes, not the actual new rules, meaning it's rather difficult to answer questions about them and that this topic is being locked.
