I don't see how people want to put Gifts in here.
no one wants to, because its a bad idea.
I wouldn't call it a win more card, more like a dead draw in a deck with a poor/no draw engine.

I would rather chew on tinfoil than run Gifts in a stax deck.

@About GU & $t4k$

I'm not here to nitpick anyone.

First of all, your board situation, is totally asimmetrical 70/80% of times.
This means, in the end, your ability to resolve/cast spells isn't that much wounded by spheres & wires because of Welders.
Since his creation, UR.$t4k$, MW.Slavery, 5c.$t4k$ applied pressure on opponents with strong redundant interactions among Welders & Lock pieces, in order to let them resolve OTHER singletons spells, achieve or add edge over opponent & lock them through infinite Smokestaks/Wires/Spheres switches.

I'm not the only one used to play Intuitions and then at least one copy of GU in my UR.staks build or MW.Slavery. If you are worried about not being able to force asimmetricity in your board, you can tweak a bit Staks mana base in order to resolve high cc spells easier.

And, more on this argument, I'm adding "a single powerfull restricted card" to a deck, filling some "free slots". I'm not wasting the entire deck with additional and stupid cards without any sense, deviating from the original deck's project .

@MaddMaxx
When playing Stax you try to make the board asymmetrical but I've found that when you achieve this asymmetrical boardposition (due to locking and wasting and smoking and what not) you're already ahead and you don't really need to play GU anyway (win more) If you have welders and spheres down you shouldnt be needing a card like GU to win the game.
In my opinion GU is best when trying to get back into the game by fetching stuff that helps you regain board control. And for that role GU is (especially with Sphere effects) too mana intensive. If I were to play a card like that I'd rather take Intuition. That serves the same role and is cheaper to cast.

Don't get me wrong, I applaud the idea but I don't think the idea works for this deck. If it does work for you that's great but win more is not really helpfull in my book.

MaxMatt: I wonder what gifts piles you would choose? What is it you really need in order to win with gifts ungiven? As it stands, I'd rather cast burning inquiry and just chuck 3 random land/artifact in graveyard and recurr with Welder/Crucible
