Mind Collision
2 {B} {R}
Sorcery
Target player discards two cards.
Each player puts a copy of this spell on the stack (they may choose new targets for the copies they control)

Twist on an age-old card.  All the obvious uses apply (logical in Hellbent, Madness, and empty-my-hand-fast.dec), but with some benefits:  plays nicely in multiplayer and has Johnny applications (Ivory Mask, Dodecapod, etc).  Casting cost feels right - less card advantage than a Mind Twist for 3 at the same cmc, but with the ability to take more advantage of the drawbacks.

Current Wording:

Mind Collision
2 {B} {R}
Sorcery
Target player discards two cards.
When you play Mind Collision, each player puts a copy of Mind Collision on the stack and may choose a new target for their copy.

Definately needs a word-tweeking.  Something like:
When you play Mind Collision Each other player copies Mind Collision and may choose a new target for the copy they control).

It can't really be part of resolution as worded, unless desired end result is an infinite loop of copies Very Happy

How often is this different than just "Each player discards two cards."?

Pretty much every time since the original caster gets both the original and a copy.
