So it's always fun to try to fix broken cards.  In this case, the card is part Regrowth, part Demonic Tutor.  In most cases, it would play like a Regrowth that only works for cards that you have multiples of.  I think the mechanic is relatively safe, since the cards that Regrowth and Demonic Tutor are most abusable with are restricted, and this doesn't let you recur a restricted card unless it's in your opponent's graveyard.  That gives your opponent an opportunity to play around this card, which should lead to interesting decisions.  This card gets hosed by graveyard-elimination strategies that are already prevalent in many formats, so I don't think there's much risk of it leading to any degeneracy.  It doesn't even play nice with Lion's Eye Diamond (like Infernal Tutor does), since the target has to be announced before you'd have the opportunity to discard your hand.  I think this card scales in power appropriately for multiplayer.  It's possible that it would be too good for Standard or Extended, but I think it could be strong without being unfair.

It's possible that this could be costed differently, somehow involving green mana.  I would rather not increase its converted mana cost.

I like it.  The main problem with Regrowth is how well it plays with restricted cards.
