[TMD Community Project] Build a deck that abuses Gelectrode (It should be done)!

Ok, so I think both Wee Dragonauts and Gelectrode have a place in vintage. I just can't build an efficient enough deck for them. I will post a start without manabase (I usually use MWS to create manabases and won't have access to it until next weekend). This build focuses on abusing Gelectrode but includes 2 Wee Dragonauts as back-up win cons (they actually work alot like storm spells). Feel free to cut the Dragonauts, I plan on making a similar thread on them later.

I know this is not optimal. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also looking for suggestions for a Dragonauts deck...

you could just use the shell from dragonstorm, you would have to mod it a bit to make use of blue. most of your blue side would have to be to be draw.

The problem with gelectrode is that it is very easy to get rid of. Darkblast, fire/ice, reb... what about something like this?

Of course going unpowered (as that's my case) hurts a lot, and probably erayo must go out.


I was also working in a URG flashback core, somewhat similar to this idea, with quiet speculation, deep analysis, ancient grudge, lava dart, careful speculation... with dragonauts and lorescale coatl. Not quite decent, though

I would take the Dragonauts out of the build and proceed from there, there may be a deck that can feature them, but I don't think that they are necessarily the same decks.
