I was going through old cards after Lorwyn rotated from Standard to see if there was anything playable that I should keep and found this little gem

I was wondering if this guy would be playable in a blue or green stax list and what everyone's opinion of him was.

Pros:

1. He's just about gg with a tanglewire
2. possibly a blowout with smokestack and a bounce spell (This might not be so true as your opponent will have few cards out as you will have your lock pieces in place if all is going well)
3. annoyingly large ass
4. Blue (Can also be a con if they have REB)

Cons:
1. Not an artifact
2. Gets hit by REB effects
3. God help you if he gets hit by a control magic effect when you have a tanglewire out

He probably has a few other cool interactions but this is what comes to mind as of now. Thoughts?

This card doesn't do anything on its own, and anything it does do isn't that significant.

I don't think it works with the land as the land bounces itself with the time walk ability :< Unless I'm missing something

Another con you missed, Carol, is that it has to attack or be tapped to make it useful.  I think the idea is cute, but I do not know if it would be good.  Build a mono blue stax list and see whether or not he makes the final cut.  I expect you to play this for funzieez at least once.

Tanglewire would be the ideal tap "outlet" as it lets me kill them while keeping a massive amount of counters on it. ps avatar update
