Where does FNM, JUDGE foil cards spawn from?

I see some foil cards on StarCityGames.
-FNM foil
-JUDGE foil
-Core Set Box foil

But where do I get those cards, if I do not want to buy them on StarCityGames?
Its not like I find them in booster packs.
And what is the difference between a FNM and a JUDGE card?

Also one of my friends says he has seen a foil Black Lotus, foil Force of Will and foil Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale. Does these exist?

FNM cards are given out as prizes for playing in FNMs. Judge foils are given only to DCI judges. Judge foils are rarer and worth more than FNM cards 99% of the time. As far as the foil Black Lotus, Force of Will, etc. these cards are made by hand and not actual Wizards of the Coast products.

The FNM card also changes every month. So ytou couldn't go to your next FNM and win a Brainstorm or a Fact or Fiction. (This month it's Ghostly Prison)

The Judge cards are given out primarily at Pro Tour events. Every Pro Tour, a new Judge Foil is introduced, and each Judge gets that one as well as a radnom assortment of older ones.

Judge Foils now are in a one-year rotation. At PT San Diego, Bloodstained Mire will officially be out of rotation and they won't be given out except as special promotions if at all (like the current FNM promotion!).
