Hey Mike,

Why do you say Bob Tendrils (GWSx with forces) is one of Fish's worst matchups?

In my testing, I've found noble fish to have an even or favorable matchup vs. GWSx.

In tournament settings I am currently 5-0 against noble fish with tps/bob tendrils (2 of which come from Bauer). I think it comes down to the fact that fish has a pretty slow clock, spell pierce is easily played around, and they can't do much about a resolved bob. Noble Fish is currently not optimized to fight tps, and since it is such a small part of the meta, they arent going to dedicate enough sideboard hate.

Like Egan said, the track record for Fish vs. Bob Tendrils definitly goes in favor of the Strom deck. I was looking back at recent tourneys, all of them with a Top 8 or finals appearence, in the past month and came to the conclusion. Here is how it broke down in order of # of matches:

Noble Fish Mirrors: 4-0
Tezzeret Variants: 4-0
Oath: 2-1
Bob Tendrils: 0-3
MUD: 2-0
Dredge: 2-0
Belcher Combo: 1-0
Green/Red Beats: 1-0
TPS: 1-0
Dark Times: 0-1
Mono Red Stax: 0-1
