Blue Black Discard Control

I've been playing this deck for a while with mixed success.

Here's some useful info:

It dies to creature-based decks unless it can discard or counter most of them.
It really doesn't seem to care much which of the main vintage decks it plays against, as long as it casts Hymn to Tourach early.
Yawg Will = Win even if it doesn't do anything.
Null Rod is not going anywhere.
Vampire Hexmage is there for Planeswalkers more than anything else. Dark Depths is kind of a bonus.
