It's not quite what you were looking for, but I would direct you to this:

3rd – Corey Mann
Goblins

1 Stingscourger
2 Warren Weirding
3 Null Rod
3 Gempalm Incinerator
4 Goblin Warchief
4 Goblin Piledriver
4 Goblin Lackey
2 Siege-Gang Commander
4 Goblin Ringleader
4 Goblin Matron
1 Goblin Tinkerer
1 Tin-Street Hooligan
1 Mogg Marshall
2 Artifact Mutation
2 Ancient Tomb
1 Black Lotus
1 Mox Ruby
1 Strip Mine
4 Wasteland
5 Mountain
2 Badlands
2 Taiga
3 Wooded Foothills
3 Bloodstained Mire

SB:
4 Thoughtseize
3 Mindbreak Trap
2 Extirpate
3 Ravenous Trap
3 Krosan Grip

The list is pretty tight, and I think it's better than people give it credit for.  Corey's an on again, off again PT player, and he's a former Vintage nut, so I think his list is a good place to start if you're looking for something playable and red in Vintage.

His omission of at least one copy of Earwig Squad (for tutoring purposes) is a strict error.  Compare it to Goblin Warchief: for 3 mana would you rather get more mana or win on the spot?

In fairness, capping your opponent is a lot less powerful lately. With Elephant Oath and MUD so prevalent, your odds of a blowout this way are diminished.

I suppose it's mostly the thought that this format is just one big Mistake; and not even a very sophisticated one at that.
Much like humanity itself.

Not the best thread to discuss this in, but it's key in the Stax, Ichorid, and combo matchups.  I would no longer play goblins simply because Elephant Oath is so dumb.  You start having to board in things like Gilded Drake that really have no place in a deck that wants to attack with creatures or cap its opponent.

There might be an argument for cutting blue in favor of green for maindeck Seal of Primordium and Artifact Mutation out of the side.
