Well Vintage players, we have ourselves a packed weekend at the end of this month.  On Saturday, July 31st we have N.Y.S.E. X.  And on Sunday, we have another N.Y.S.E. Lite tournament.

The information, as it stands now:

What:

N.Y.S.E. Lite
$15, 15 proxy, non-sanctioned Vintage tournament

Prize structure will be as follows:

1st: 2x Jace the Mind Sculptor
2nd: Revised Tropical Island

At 20 entrants a prize of a Scalding Tarn will be given out to 3rd and 4th place.

Where:

The Comicbook Depot
2847 Jerusalem Avenue
Wantagh, NY 11793-2016
(516) 221-9337

When:

Sunday, August 1st
11am registration, 12pm start

There are no Workshops, Bazaars, Mana Drains or Library of Alexandria's to be had at the moment on Long Island.  If you know anyone on the Island with any of these cards, please send them my way.  I would like to try and stock up one some of them, if only to be prepared for the next few events that I would like to run...

I was hoping to run the tournament with a first place prize of one of the aforementioned cards, but given how much play Jace the Mind Sculptor has already seen in Vintage, and given that he's now running upwards of $80 apiece, I hope that the community finds the prize sufficient and appropriate.  The Jaces are mint, the Tropical Island is played.

So, come out to the Island for the Recall tournament on Saturday, and stay for the N.Y.S.E. Lite on Sunday.  Hope to see you all soon...

No confirmation on the Velcro game as of yet, but the prize structure has been confirmed and the post has been updated.
