If I have leyline of anticpation, and my opponent casts a spell and in response I cast standstill, which resolves, wat happens next?  Do I just draw 3, then have a chance to counter his spell still, or does the spell have a chance to resolve without triggering standstill?

Same as above except I cast hesitation, does it esentially turn hesitation into a 1U counterspell?

Neither enchantment would trigger.  Both have triggered abilities that trigger on casting a spell.  And the spell you're trying to get it to trigger from has already been cast long before the enchantment enters the battlefield.
