Former CCGames Magic Card & Booth Model Rachel Goes Hollywood!!

Hey Everyone,

Long time no post but I've continued to see many of you at local events. I wanted to pass on some cool news to you. I'm sure many of you remember Rachel, the local model who was our guest at two of our events last year. Here are some reminders if you're brain dead!






Well Rachel has gone Hollywood! She is currently running The Amazing Race on CBS, Sundays at 8pm (time may be later if football runs long) Here is a link to her info on The Amazing Race website

I was to be her partner on The Amazing Race, but I, uh, didn't have enough vacation time saved up. Yeah, that's why.

(Check the TO reports from the CCG events she appeared at if you don't get the reference. Apparently I was obsessed with her or something.)

Rachel AR17 Update!

Rachel and her racing partner Katie finished 5th out of 11 teams in week 1 of the race. In week 2 they improved their standings by finishing 2nd out of 10 teams. Stay tuned and keep watching Sundays at 8pm!

Rachel & Katie slipped a little in this weeks leg of the race in Africa, but still finished a respectable 4th. Next week it's off to the Arctic! Check back here for an update, or tune in to CBS Sunday at 8pm.

*** I did hear from Rachel yesterday, she's doing well. She said she's not too famous yet to possibly come hang out with us card nerds again sometime!

Well after this weeks show, we can tell that Rachel and Katie are much better suited for the beach than the snow! It was close, but they edged out the choir boys and finished 8th out of the 9 teams in Sweden. It looks like they're off to a little warmer climate next week and hopefully Rachel and Katie can improve their standings. Tune in to The Amazing Race next Sunday to cheer them on and find out!

  Well all good things......

Rachel and Katie we unable to overcome the time they lost in the previous leg and were eliminated from the Amazing Race on this weeks episode. They gave it a  warriors effort, and almost caught up to the team in front of them. But in the end, they were just edged out at he pit stop. Congrats again to our now famous "booth babe" Rachel and her partner Katie for a job well done, and we hope she can come join us again sometime!
