Who: Everyone, at 10$ a head
Where: Time Warp Comics, 28th St Boulder CO
Why: This first event has 200$ guaranteed in prize support.

How: Event starts at 11am, registration opens at 10am.

And: The winner of this event receives a two byes for the second scheduled event, and the runner up receives one bye.
Because this is the start of a monthly tournament series, with hopefully expanding prize pools.

Future events will see a reduction in proxy counts, until I have 'leveled out' at where the average number of proxies is among the player scene. This is done to combine the two camps of players I have encountered in the past few months of research, those able to play at 10 or less proxies and those that need 30+. Each deserves to have a healthy vintage scene, and this is my attempt to reconcile and bring these camps together in the coming months.


*proxies must be intuitive, easy to read and understandable.

By this I mean, don't take a dimir aquaduct and sharpie "black lotus" on it, when you are playing underground sea, or even polluted delta in your deck.
Try to use a card with the same mana cost and spell type if able, otherwise you must make the mana cost and spell type clear by sharpie means.
Also, try to avoid proxying on basic swamps if able too--plains tend to work best.
