Okay, so I think this might be playable in Hermit Druid.
Basically this card serves two purposes there. First it can feed a Sutured Ghoul thus it is replacing other potential dead space.
Second, it slows your opponent slightly and means they cannot Force your turn 1 Druid, both of which are important to Hermit Druid.
In that sense this is sort of like Daze which some Hermit lists run. Perhaps this can replace Misdirection or run in conjunction with it.
That is... actually kind of facinating. Query, though. If you run 4x Chancellor as disruption and as Ghoul targets, what happens when you only have three Chancellors left in your deck to fuel the ghoul? Then you don't win in one swing, which I thought was the whole point. I guess you have other hermit druids, huh? Mill x3 druids and x3 chancellors gets ghoul to 18, right? That doesn't seem good. I mean, the point at which you have to run more creatures just for their power, you're better off running more powerful disruption and a singleton Lord of Extinction or something.
Is there any way to run Chancellors in Druid in such a way that you need not include ANY creatures solely for their power?
