Gets cards that Hinder themselves back to your hand, like the spell spoiled in the COMM deck: Spell Crumple. Two Reminds can loop (obviously, not in EDH)

CMC card for Counterbalance, though Sensei's Divining Top already does that and more. Again two of these would loop in formats where you can play more than one copy of a card. Note that you're not drawing a card, so looping isn't just
