Initial wording:

Powerspell -  {U}
Instant
Target spell's controller draws two cards.

Current wording:

Powerspell -   {U}
Instant
Target instant or sorcery spell's controller draws two cards.

Vintage is a lovely format, it's too bad so few people can play because the supply of power is so small.

Chess really changed when they decided to stop making Queens and Bishops.  I'm just glad I got my copies before the prices went crazy.

Seems pretty brutal, I can see this with the 0 CC Baubles that cantrips.

Yes, it's weak against control as you can get 2 for 1 if your spell gets countered, but pretty good nevertheless.

I think 1U would be fairer. Or Draw 2 Discard 1.

I think the original  {U} mana cost of this card is the only way to make it Vintage worthy. What about this?

Oh, yes, I like that.  Makes it useable for blue based decks without turning every mox into an Inspiration.  Changed.

Wording is making my head hurt though, but I really don't see another way to put it.
