If phantasmal image has spots in certain decks, surely this could find room as well? True it doesn't copy THEIR tinker-bot, but none the less, there are lots of good creatures being used that one could copy of their own.

The main problem with this card is the prohibitive casting cost.  The flashback cost is also high enough that it's more or less irrelevant.
