I agree with Diopter on the general points, but the above is not quite accurate.  It's not that the deck is fighting itself too much.  It's more that the synergies it is relying on are central to success.  Decks thrive when they have a solid core strategy and then they have strong synergies as well.  This deck is entirely too dependent on making small combos happen and these combos, even when they work uninterrupted, may not compete with plans like 'topdeck tinker' or 'lodestone golem'.  It's also trying to do too much.
