I can't think of any deck that really wants this, especially since it's only card parity, and stuck on a RR sorcery at that.

I can't think of an existing deck that would want this, but there is some potential in red with 4 different rituals, Past in Flames, Empty the Warrens, and even something like Gobin Welder. Not a sure thing, by any means, but there are some creative options to be explored.

Faithless looting seems a lot better. This card, if countered, still makes you discard a card. It's really bad.
