"Recent Unread Topics" Broken?

Hello all,

Recently I noticed "Recent Unread Topics" stopped working for me; I scoured the site looking to see if anyone had run into this recently, to no avail. I'd reset my cookies, signed out/in, and tried Incognito Mode in Chrome, none of which helped. The message is "No unread topics found since your last visit. Click here to try all unread topics."; following the link displayed "No messages...".

Has anyone else seen this recently? I noticed this break right before Vintage Champs and haven't seen the page list any topics since.
