Vialling in Dryad Arbor?

Does dryad arbor have a converted mana cost? Or more specifically, can I vial it in with a vial with no counters on it?

It's a creature card. Its CMC is zero. Therefore, you can vial it in on zero.

Thanks Boggyb! I believe this makes dryad arbor playable in vial Maverick (no GSZs).
