Missing/Lost/Stolen Deck at Top Deck Games 12/29/13

Hey all... so in between round 6 and the top 8, I went to the bathroom and left my deck in there. Right afterwards I went out and sat on a chair outside the bathroom for about 20 minutes (until top 8 started). I get to match only to discover my deck is missing. So long story short, if everyone could look through their things for a Red Mountain mana symbol leather deck box with pink sleeves.. I'm thinking someone may have accidentally thought it was theirs.

The deck I was missing (and top 8'd with) was

I don't think we've officially met before, but I'm extremely sorry to hear your loss.  I wish you luck in recovering your stolen/lost cards and hope that whoever may have unassumingly picked up your deck as their own and return it immediately.  Although I had my fun at the tournament, these are the types of situations that ruin vintage fun and affect everyone.  I share your pain from my own experience (and perhaps naiveté) from over 8 years ago.

I would like to send you some cards via mail if you can please PM me your home address.  The magic community once stood behind me and gave me overwhelming support while I dealt with my lost cards.  I hope you recover your cards one way or another.

All I know is to whoever stole this if it was stolen, you're fucked.    I will push Nick to oust the perpetrator to the public and urge both him and John to press as full as they can.

Guess what guy?  This whole community is sick of scumbags like you, and not only will you be legally fucked, but you will be shunned by magic as a whole since the DCI will LIFETIME BAN YOU for this theft.

Your best bet is to return the deck IN FULL to TopDeck Games annonymously, and hope that they decide not to press this further.

John, I am truly so sorry to hear that this happened yesterday. I am in complete agreement with Roland. If your deck is not found and returned to you, I am sure that members of our community can all pitch in a little bit to help you get some of your deck assembled again. We can all work together and stand up against horrible actions like this.

I went to the bathroom around the time that you're describing. I did not see the described deck box, but I did see a lone green spiral notebook on top of the toilet. I didn't think much of it at the time, though. Was this yours? If so, I was likely in there around the same time that this all happened. I'm hopeful that the security cameras can help this situation.

Property theft of that value is a Class 3 Felony in Pennsylvania, so I would agree with this sentiment.
