Kill Switch and Artifacts

Kill Switch reads:

Card Type: Artifact

Casting Cost: 3

Card Text: 2, T: Tap all other artifacts. They don't untap during their controllers' untap steps as long as Kill Switch remains tapped.

Does "they" refer to "all other artifacts" or just to artifacts tapped with kill switch?  That is to say, if my opponent casts moxen after I have activated kill switch and taps them for mana, do they remain tapped next turn or are they not "killed"?
