So I was looking around to try and play some magic and found out there was no magic to be played. I own p9, a edh deck(top tier) but the only tournaments to be found from star city games are standard modern legacy. So I would like to play vintage with my beautiful p9 but I can't seem to find a location besides the NYC area to play or hitching a ride with my team to make it up to the tournament area at gencon for champs. So looks like life is hard cased after all!

You could relocate to Ohio. TSO's are firing off once or twice a month out here. and now they're starting up in Michigan.

Plus, Cleveland is the shizznit right now.

By all means come to Gencon to play Vintage ... but be aware Champs isn't hosted there anymore. It's hosted at Eternal Weekend (which is hosted by Top Deck Games).

Colorado still does weekly sanctioned Vintage, well, bi-weekly at this point, but we're slowing down.  Need some new blood!
