So it's expensive, but certainly interesting as a draw engine. And if you don't have artifact creatures in play it feeds itself.

I used to play a mono blue workshop deck in this format and this might actually not be terrible in that deck. Does it have any other applications in Vintage or is the cost just too high?

This seems pretty expensive indeed. Affinity is barely played and this is too expensive the the deck

It does have awesome synergy with Mishra's Factory and both Inkmoth Nexi, so maybe is a landstill list?

Oh damn, I just saw "One or more", which means you can't draw more than 1 card a turn. At this point it's barely any better than Coastal Piracy and way way worse than Edric, Spymaster of Trest.
