In recent sets blue has gotten the ability to manipulate spells in just about every way imaginable, but we still don't see Balance resolving before the 6 ZOrb activations that were strung after it. I'd really like to see this mechanic used somehow--I think it is very subtle and possibly even broken, though I don't know what combo would do it.
I see this spell mostly being another counter for the control mirror, and being used to power some broken play resulting from a sorcery effectively cast in response to an instant. Is the flavor worth a spot on the Master List? Is the template text unusable? Has this been done already and I just missed it?
I can't wait to use this on WGDs two triggers after it is swordsed in response to the first one.
