topic says it all [NAME] 1BB Instant Destroy target non-black creature, then add BBB to your mana pool. [flavor] Pretty straightforward. It's slightly better than Dark Banishing, so costed likewise. Basicly, this is a good uncommon in any limited format, and could probably be common. I'm lost on a name and flavor text, so I'll leave that to the people who actually are creative  |

Think it should be Non artifacts/none black creatures, since Deconstruct is only artifacts and it cost one more then naturlizes, which is both.

The artifact issue is something to consider whenever including the word "Soul" in the card name. Maybe "Extinguish Energy"? Doesn't quite have the same ring to it. Alternatively, the "nonartifact" provision could just be added.

I agree that it should not be able to destroy artifacts. As far as possible names go, I would suggest Ritual of Defilement or simply Defile
