You found Chalices good against Sui? What's the number you set it at? It seems to me that whichever number you choose, it hurts you more than it hurts Sui.

About Stifle:
Keeper has turned to mana denial as it's main weapon. With 5 strips and 1/2 Shamans, Stifle can be good in striping fetches (or protecting your own lands with it), as well as stopping some other nasty things.

No, nobody uses Chalice in Keeper because all the decks that it is good against suck.
