I actually wanted to make a few comments about Serenity.  I tried in out in a tournament a while back and wasn't impressed.  The matchup that I thought it would be really good against was Stax (the most common matchup for me that day).  However, it didn't really work out for me.  First off, if you are already in the lock, you cannot cast it at instant speed in response to the triggers, so you probably won't be casting it to get out of the lock.  Second, it's casting cost is 2 which means another card that gets neutered by Chalice of the Void for 2 (which is their main number to shoot for).  Third, if they run Blood Moon, you won't be able to use Serenity to get out of that trouble.  Each of these situations happened to me at that tournament.  I ran Rack and Ruin, but running more Rack and Ruin instead of Serenity would have helped me out greatly.  Therefore, I think you are better off forgetting about Serenity and sticking with Rack and Ruin instead, going up to 3 if necessary.

Not much else to say that hasn't already been discussed except, with all the artifact hate these days, Masticore is not a good choice.
