Here the list that I proposed two weeks ago to my teammates and that seems to perform very well against the tier decks of the moment.

* In Italic the major changes that I wish to be discussed here

(mana 28)
4 Mishra's Workshop
4 Volcanic Island
4 Polluted Delta
1 Island
1 Tolarian Academy
7 SoLoMoxen
1 Mana Crypt
1 Mana Vault
4 Wasteland
1 Strip

(drawers and tutors 10)
4 Meditate
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Walk
1 Timetwister
1 Wheel o Fortune
1 Memory Jar
1 Tinker

(lock spells 20)
2 Fire/Ice
4 Sphere
2 Trinisphere
4 Wire
4 Stack
4 Welder

(winner? 2)
2 Karn The "Frightable" Golem

I choose to cut a Triskelion and add another Karn to be more sinergic with the Denial Plan of this deck.
Any control and combo deck usually died to a good sequence of Denial AND 3Sphere, so I add another Karn to get rid of his Mox faster and with more consistency.

To Speed up the game and be more explosive I added the 4° Meditate that seems to fit perfectly in this build. "Destroy all resources with Strips and Lock Components and then you could even give him free turns". His  cc is untouched by the 3Sphere, so I preferred his solid "Quantity" to the possible "quality" of an overcosted Mystical Tutor under 3Sphere.

I planned to play 5 Strips and work around this concept when I build this deck, because I realized that Denial in a Workshop.dec is a one of the stronger winning options that it have to win and I want to use it effectively.

With my personal idea that Workshop.dec Mirrors would increease their number duirng the time, I chose to add a bit of maindeck Hate for opponent's Welder or Weenies ( Fire/Ice ). Ice, if well timed, should increase your ability of locking your opponents better and earlier.

One of my Temmates is testing a similar version with these changes ( only due to Combo, that is Huge in our metagame ):
+1 3Sphere
-1 Wasteland
He use a little bit different mana base ( 27 mana sources ) and have 3 Winners too ( Karn, Triskelion and Minslaver ).

sideboard:
4 Blood Moon ( blue based control )
2 Triskelion ( Aggro and Weenies )
3 Rack&Ruin ( Mirror )
2 Fire/Ice ( Mirror )
2 3Sphere ( Combo )
2 BeB ( Drago & PoP )

Side have been done only to fight Tog, Dragon, Keeper, Workshop.dec and Madness. Other choices SHould be done to a more complex metagame.

What do you think?
Discuss and critic it as you want Smile

My 2 cents

I've also incorporated some maindeck mirror-hate to be able to kill opposing Welders.  Rather than Fire/Ice, though, I chose to run some maindeck Pyrite Spellbombs.  They are easier to cast, and they are permanents that can help you out with Tangle Wire, Smokestack, and can be manipulated by your Welders.   Try these out and see what you think compared to Fire/Ice.
