But Ancestral Recall can?  And do you really build a deck around YawgWill?

The biggest reason Necro shouldn't be on there is because, in reality, there aren't that many decks that use it.  Suicide does, Void does usually, and only a bad Pox deck does.  As far as I can see, that's the grand sum total of decks that use Necro.

but the problem is that if youre not gonna be paying for it (replenish, other ways), its better to get bargain

hello there buddy, did you forgot nether void ??
i defenitly it is a defining card in type 1. It isn't seen in any other format and it's power is obvious.

i agree that nether void is very powerful and is obviously not seen in any other format, but i feel void is minimal compared to any of these other cards. void also does not see 1/2 as much play as any other card on the list.
