Okay, let's try to see a bit more clearly what you want to do.
According to your introduction, you are looking for a fast kill, so it is more a combo deck than an aggro deck.

First, your 2 FoW won't help you:
 - 2 are not enough to protect your combo early. The probability are against you to have them early in the game.
 - you don't have enough blue spells to use the free casting cost of them

Black has the best anti-counter spell ever printed: duress. Go with four, you cannot be wrong. On top of that, instead of simply countering one spell, Duress will allow you to see how much counters are left and what are the other potential threats (Tormod's Crypt for example).

Cabal ritual will be useful only once you reach Threshold and it is not going to speed up enough your game early.
Ideally, you should aim at burying Reya and two cats (for example). And then protect the combo until the killing. By reanimating creature from your graveyard, you are working against the threshold.
Drop the Cabal ritual since they are only useful too late (nevertheless Windfall and the Wheel).

Unless you start adding fetch land, drop the brainstorm. The careful study achieve a better effect in the case of your deck: putting critters in the graveyard and helping to fetch the reanimation cards.

So - 2  FoW, -4 Cabal Ritual, -4 Brainstorm

I will also drop the number of Living Death to 3. You already play with 4 Exhume which are fast enough considering the kind of fat monsters you are packing (and 5cc are Mana Drain magnet). You might even consider to go to 2, but this will depends on you playtest. After all, with Reya in the graveyard, why bother with Living Death, and Buried Alive is only B2...
Regarding monster, I would add Verdant Force. By generating token, it makes itself immune to Diabolic Edict and other non- targeted removal (which are usually the norm in Type 1).

I would also consider adding a "Benzo-like" Engine. That is:
4 Zombie Infestation
2 Squee
1 Krovikan Horror
Zombie Infestation costs only B1, so slip easy under counter wall and once you have Squee (through Buried alive), you can generate uncounterable critter each turn, and Blue deck will have a lot of trouble to handle that. It gives you some flexibility in your deck, instead of relying on one single combo to win.

So to recap:

-2 FoW
-4 Brainstorm
-4 Cabal Ritual
-1 Living Death

+4 Duress
+4 Zombie Infestation
+2 Squee
+1 Krovikan Horror

Replace the Ball lighting by Verdant Force. The Ball is too easy to kill, so even if it has haste, it is only an expensive double Lightning Bolt.

Good luck.
